Book club with Hej främling! and Östersund Library
One tuesday every month we meet at Café Tinghuset on 13 Samuel Permans gata in Östersund to talk about a book we have read together. One of the tuesdays, march 10, we meet at Östersund Library. At the book club, we talk in Swedish and English. We read the book in Swedish.
You can borrow the books at the library. Please tell the library staff that you want the book for the book club with Hej främling! and we will get the book for you.
At our book club we talk about what happens i the book, about our feelings when we read them, what we liked about the book and what we didn't like. We make new friends and drink tea or coffe!
For all young adults and adults. Welcome!
Do you have any questions? Send an e-mail to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
The reading club is a collaboration between Hej främling! and Östersund Library. Hej främling! is a Swedish non-governmental organization offering health boosting activities free of charge and open for everyone.
Rules for the book club:
1. We respect each other.
2. You don't have to finish the book in order to come to the club and talk about it.
3. All the books we read have to be available to read in Swedish.
4. If you want to propose a book to read in our book club, you are welcome to join our facebook- group called "Läslust med Hej främling!" and post the book title there. We decide together which books to read.
5. You can join in the book club any time during the year!
